Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Main task is managing test wafer flow and technical study for test waferprocess improvement Assist Engineer for reclaim/recycle wafer project Understand and perform test wafer measurement using dedicated machine Collect data for test wafer measurement for cost saving analysis Analysis and study data to improve test wafer recycle process for cost saving Observe and study defect pattern to improve test wafer quality Update the test wafer data and do follow up with respective owner Execute the test wafer process flow according to procedure Provide Analysis for NPW logistic system and TPS if require Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor Degree in technical or management field Good technical skill to learn basic semiconductor wafer fab process for non-productive wafer (NPW) Good communication skills, ability to interact with all levels of personnel & matured personality. Increasing ability to identify and resolves problems. Interaction with highly qualified staff and regular exchange complex information. Strong diagnostic & problem solving skill CGPA must be at least 3.00 and above #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
