Description

As a CA Industrial Trainee within Rubrik’s Internal Audit team, you will support the execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program. This role demands a strong understanding of IT environments and controls, strong documentation skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization. We seek a motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and is eager to take on challenges. Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) and a basic understanding of IT audit concepts are essential. Prior IT audit experience is an advantage. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate closely with the Internal Audit team to support the execution of Rubrik’s SOX compliance program Coordinate and participate in system walkthroughs to accurately identify and assess the design of key IT controls Evaluate the design and test the operating effectiveness of key IT general controls (ITGCs), IT application controls (ITACs), and Ke reports Track remediation efforts for any identified issues by working with management and validate their closure Prepare and maintain comprehensive audit workpapers throughout all audit phases Willingness to work US hours (PST) to support the Internal Audit team at Headquarters (if required) Qualifications & Requirements: Currently undergoing CA Articleship Knowledge of IT control design and testing Experience working with Big 4 audit firms is preferred Familiarity with AuditBoard or similar audit management tools is a plus Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines Demonstrates high ethical standards and integrity in all tasks Eligible for industrial training for a minimum of 12 continuous months Exposure to or experience in IT audit Completion of both groups in CA Intermediate level Proficient in MS Office applications Join Us in Securing the World's Data Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
