Description

As a CA Industrial Trainee in Rubrik’s Internal Audit team, you will play a key role in supporting the execution of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) program. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, evaluating internal controls, creating and maintaining audit documentation, and collaborating effectively with various stakeholders across Rubrik. Who We’re Looking For: Motivated students who are eager to learn on the job, take ownership, and contribute significant value. Good written and verbal communication skills are essential. Experience in Internal Audit and working with SOX clients is preferred. Key Responsibilities: Assist in executing the SOX program, including testing and validating internal controls, and preparing and maintaining audit workpapers Coordinate and actively participate in process walkthroughs Evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls Collaborate with process owners to identify control gaps and support development of remediation plans Prepare and maintain comprehensive audit documentation throughout all phases of the audit. Willingness to work US hours (PST) to support the Internal Audit team at Headquarters (if required). Qualifications & Requirements: Currently undergoing CA Articleship Strong knowledge of business processes and experience in the Internal Audit domain Experience working with Big 4 audit firms preferred Familiarity with AuditBoard or similar audit management platforms is a plus Strong attention to detail and excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to meet deadlines effectively Upholds high ethical standards and integrity in all responsibilities Eligible for industrial training for a minimum of 12 continuous months Completion of both groups at the CA Intermediate level Proficient in MS Office applications Join Us in Securing the World's Data Rubrik (RBRK), the Security and AI Operations Company, leads at the intersection of data protection, cyber resilience, and enterprise AI acceleration.
