Description

Assist in reviewing and maintaining demand forecasts in planning systems. Support inventory target setting and demand preparation (netting, disaggregation, prioritization). Collaborate with Capacity Planners to analyze bottlenecks and utilization. Support production alignment activities and handle basic Change of Request/Promise (CoR/CoP) processes. Support automation of repetitive planning tasks using Excel macros, Python, etc Analyze large datasets to identify trends, improve forecast accuracy, and optimize inventory Education: Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field. Proficiency in Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables). Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). Basic knowledge of Python, SQL, or automation tools is a plus. Soft Skills: Good English language fluency with strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong team player with focus on team targets and success Bonus: Interest in AI-driven supply chain solutions and digitalization We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
