INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER II YORKVILLE, WI | FULL-TIME | EXEMPT BUILD IT. SCALE IT. MAKE IT WORK. At Poclain Hydraulics, we don’t just design products—we industrialize them. As an Industrialization Engineer II, you’ll take hydraulic motors, pumps, and valves from concept to full production, making sure they’re not just innovative… but actually manufacturable, scalable, and cost-effective. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Lead product and process development from concept through production launchDrive industrialization of new hydraulic products (motors, pumps, valves) * Partner cross-functionally with Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain * Conduct PFMEA activities aligned with DFMEA outputs * Support prototype builds, validation, and risk mitigation * Manage project timelines, CAPEX, and milestone deliverables * Standardize components, processes, and best practices across projects * Ensure compliance with Group standards, regulations, and quality systems * Support audits (PES, system/process) and continuous improvement initiatives WHAT YOU BRING * Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering * 5–8 years of experience in industrial/project engineering * Experience with product development and manufacturing processes * Familiarity with PFMEA, APQP, PPAP, SPC, and related tools * Working knowledge of CAD (Creo preferred), ERP, and PLM systems * Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills * Ability to think critically, solve problems, and drive results * Fluent English (additional languages a plus) WHY JOIN POCLAIN? * Be part of a global leader in hydrostatic transmission technology * Work on cutting-edge projects tied to our NEWGEN 2030 strategy * Collaborate with international teams across engineering and manufacturing * Competitive pay, strong benefits, and real growth opportunities * A culture that values ownership, innovation, and getting things done Work Authorization & Location Requirements * Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship (now or in the future) * No relocation assistance provided
