The Industrialization Project Engineer is responsible for planning and overseeing local transfer projects to ensure timely, on-budget completion and alignment with project scope. Key responsibilities include forecasting resource needs, preparing status reports for upper management and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders throughout the transfer process. This role also involves setting deadlines, delegating tasks & tracking and summarizing project progress.
The Industrialization Project Engineer collaborates closely with the sending site and the Global Transfer Team (GTT) to ensure deliverables meet scope and budget requirements and coordinates with other departments to achieve project milestones. Additionally, this role involves managing detailed project schedules and tracking costs associated with specific machinery, spare parts purchases and process improvements.
He/she will coordinate the technical assessment in collaboration with the GTT team. This includes overseeing all aspects of machines transfer tasks, such as dismantling, shipping, receiving, installation, validation and ramp-up at the FEL site.
The Industrialization Project Engineer will work in coordination with a group of Local Transfer Technicians and the GTT, playing a key role in achieving objectives and meeting established deadlines, acting as the main point of contact between the sending site, the GTT and the local stakeholders.
Throughout the project lifecycle, the Industrialization Project Engineer will apply Coloplast best practices, standards, and techniques, monitoring performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment. Regular updates will be provided to stakeholders on strategy, adjustments and progress.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Degree in Electrical Engineer or Industrial Engineer or relevant experience
5-6 years of work experience in related positions, preferably transferring processes and/or managing projects
English Level: B2 – Upper Intermediate level (base on the scale of the Common European Framework) is a must.
Experience in Team Management, at least 2-3 years
Experience in Project Management, at least 2-3 years
Analytical skills and Strategic mindset
Be able to read and interpret technical drawings (electrical, mechanical)
Knowledge in AutoCad and Solidworks, is a plus
Knowledge on interpretation of pneumatic and hydraulic diagrams
Experience on industrial automated machine maintenance
Be able to read, analyze, interpret and implement department procedures
Shown Microsoft Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Be flexible and be able to deal with stress periods
Project a positive and professional image to internal and external customers
Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism
High attention to details
Good communication skills
TIMING:
Expected start is End May/beginning June
Workplace will be in Felgueiras
Regular visits of various lengths (up to 3 weeks), during the first 4 months, for training and introductions at our sites in Hungary and Denmark. The travel program will be defined together with the manager.

Responsibilities:
Perform and document the technical assessment of the machines (machine knowledge, maintenance, machine documentation) and provides inputs to the GTT (Global Transfer Team) and follow up all the action plans
People management responsibilities for the transfer team
Responsible of the layout design/approval for machines to be transferred, in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (QA, EHS, Facilities and VS)
Work together with the GTT in the unload, movement and installation of utilities for the new machines
Assist direct reports in analyzing and resolving work problems
Work closely with Ramp-up Team and Operations Department on troubleshooting of machine/process issues, whenever is necessary
Study task assessment and estimate worker hour requirement for completion of job assignment and projects. Stablish or adjust work schedules to meet deadlines
Track the KPI of all the transfer stages such as dismount/install/run in/validation
Lead and perform the EHS tasks, procedures and training for the transfer activities and technical transfer team
Define and implement within the plans the necessary processes to guarantee the availability of components, resources, tools and equipment to guarantee to stick to the promise dates of the transfer plan
Define the technical specifications and timeline for the utility installations required in the new and transfer machines
Responsible of the suppliers working in the transfer process and the new machines installation
Drive troubleshooting and crisis situations to get the transfer process back on track when needed
Perform the risks analysis & reporting, define and follow mitigation actions
