Job Description We are currently looking for a Industrialization Project Manager (f/m/d) Location: Snagov - Gruiu, Romania (plan to move in a new location/facility in Ploiești, Q4 of 2027) Employment type: onsite Department: Industrial Engineering The Industrialization Project Manager ensures the full industrialization of new products from prototypes to series production on the platform within the NPI. They ensure efficient production, compliance with customer specifications, quality requirements, and norms. Provide jigs, tools, equipment, documents, and reports. They mitigate risks and propose required improvements and changes. Main responsibilities: Project Management: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and successful completion of projects, manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, own project schedules/delivery targets. Risk & Quality management: Ensures all documentation required to fulfil compliance and quality requirements with quality control and assurance. Supports the risk management with stakeholders and helps to mitigate the risks Supervises production: Supervises the prototype and 0-series production and supports all process steps in the production in close collaboration with operators, process engineers and production specialists. Manages PRT’s with the tool shop Process Optimization: Ensures compliance with the processes and procedures. Helps to optimize the production processes in close cooperation with the process engineers until the project can be transferred to series production Stakeholder management: Ensures communication with stakeholders and the exchange of the required information between operations and customer organization. Qualifications Education / Experience and Skills: University – Bacelor's degree in engineering - electronics, electromechanics it is a plus Proven track record in a similar position English – Advanced/Intermediate MS Office Package SAP knowledge in this field of expertise. Good communication and organization skills Strong attitude for teamwork, interpersonal skills and problem-solving Project management skills, knowledge of the specific manufacturing or production processes Electronics and mechanical knowledge, tools and process knowledge, problem-solving, strong industrialization know-how and in-depth quality and regulatory knowledge.
