• Stakeholder and Project Management: Owner of SoC Test System production related software solutions and drives stakeholder value in achieving a scalable supply chain.
• Process Analysis: Obtain an intimate understanding of the testing and repair processes for Advantest high-level assemblies and identify areas for process optimization and automation.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with an offshore development team to design, implement, and enhance software tools for testing and repair operations resulting in a scalable supply chain.
• Cost Focus: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, supply chain and quality to ensure test solutions drive reduction in production costs and increased quality.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify inefficiencies and devise innovative solutions for scalable and sustainable processes and solutions.
• Collaboration and Communication: Excellent collaboration skills to work with global teams, including offshore developers, contract manufacturers, and internal stakeholders.
• Software Development: Tech savvy with experience with software design fundamentals and managing outsourced vendors.
