Lead account planning as the industry expert, engaging closely with customers and partners. Provide clear perspectives on global industry trends and how they apply locally. Build and manage relationships with key decision makers to drive strategic alignment. Develop multi-year roadmaps aligned to customer business and technology goals. Coordinate stakeholders to maintain momentum and ensure execution of joint plans. Identify opportunities that address priority customer needs. Promote repeatable use cases and proven scenarios to drive scale. Shape new solution concepts with product teams when capability gaps exist. Lead strategic discussions with senior executives to define business outcomes. Influence stakeholders through consultative engagement and credible industry expertise. Coordinate with strategy, delivery, and partner teams to develop and land opportunities. Strengthen partner relationships to expand solution availability and market reach. Share sales strategies and best practices to enable scalable customer success. Maintain current knowledge through required certifications and continuous learning. Share insights on industry trends, regulatory changes, and customer needs. Provide informed recommendations that guide planning, execution, and solution development across teams. 10+ years of customer-facing experience in the Government, Transport or Utilities sectors, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Alternatively, 8+ years of customer facing experience in the Government, Transport or Utilities sectors, supported by a Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
