You will work directly with senior leadership to nurture existing client partnerships, identify new opportunities to expand our footprint across the healthcare ecosystem and help manage some of our key accounts. This is a high-growth role designed for an ambitious professional who wants to learn the "art of the deal" in tech consulting while making a tangible difference in the health sector. Key Responsibilities Growth & Expansion: Assist Account Management in identifying "white space" within current accounts to introduce new tech solutions and service lines. Sales Operations: Coordinate the development of proposals, RFPs, and pitch decks, ensuring they speak the language of health industry leaders. Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of healthcare trends (e.g., AI in diagnostics, interoperability, telehealth) to provide value-added insights to our clients. Cross-Functional Liaison: Bridge the gap between our capability delivery teams and the client to ensure project goals align with business outcomes. Proposal and business development support: Help write proposals and business development presentations for the team to originate deals, build relationships and respond to client opportunities Requirements: The Experience: 0–3 years of professional experience in account management, sales, recruitment, or consulting. (Experience in tech or healthcare is a major plus, but a "hunger to learn" is mandatory). Communicator: You can explain complex tech concepts in a way that is clear, concise, and persuasive. Problem Solver: You don’t just report issues; you bring potential solutions to the table. Organized: You can juggle multiple client requests without letting the details slip through the cracks.
