ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Teads is looking for a driven and innovative Industry Director to join our growing Strategic Accounts team in Hamburg. In this role, you will take the lead in cultivating high-value partnerships, driving revenue growth, and strengthening our presence across CPG accounts in Germany. You will have the unique opportunity to collaborate with globally renowned advertisers in the CPG industries, leveraging Teads’ cutting-edge full-funnel advertising solutions.
This role demands a strong leader who can effectively manage relationships at an executive and C-level while seamlessly aligning with multi-market teams and global stakeholders. You will be a trusted partner to some of the most recognised brands in the world, including Danone, Nestlé, Ferrero, Unilever and numerous leading brands in CPG.

Responsibilities

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Develop and nurture strong, senior-level relationships with CPG advertisers across DACH region, positioning Teads as a trusted partner in their media portfolios and ensuring our innovative advertising solutions become an indispensable part of their media strategies.
  • Understand client business needs deeply to craft and deliver innovative solutions that align with their objectives and maximise results.
  • Represent Teads in industry events, share best practices, and engage in ongoing knowledge exchange with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work closely with the sales team to secure Teads’ presence in core media plans and activation budgets across client departments, including Marketing, Insights, and Data.
  • Coordinate seamlessly across multi-market teams to align on client needs, ensure consistency in delivery, and uncover new opportunities.
  • Take ownership of client portfolios, working independently to drive growth while aligning with global objectives.
  • Tackle complex challenges with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset, bringing insights to both internal and client discussions.
