Job responsibilities You will work with business analysts, solution architects, and stakeholders to discuss and lead the creation of Workday solutions based on business needs. You will create solutions in the most cost-effective and efficient manner. You will collaborate with QAs to define the testing strategy and will support the creation of testing scenarios. You will bring experience in deploying Workday in enterprise environments across multiple countries. Your communication will be proactive, and you will handle tough and demanding situations with ease. You will clearly document architectural and solution decisions. You will mentor juniors and freshers to help them become Workday experts. Job qualifications Technical Skills You should hands-on experience on Workday HCM configuration and strong knowledge in WD module(s) [Absence, Performance, Intermediate knowledge in integrations] of Workday and has a deep understanding of the creation of organization types, job profiles, compensation, employee self service etc. In-depth hands-on experience of Workday security model and business process In-depth hands-on experience in EIB integration, calculated fields and advanced reports. Ability to analyse Workday release updates to understand and communicate the impact of feature changes to the existing configuration. Resolve Workday issues through active trouble-shooting and diagnostic research Professional Skills Articulation in communication should be excellent.
