Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader with demonstrated success managing Entertainment and Media categories. This leader will be a creative thinker while working cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for their clients and their teams. They will manage a consultative sales team, selling Meta’s platform solutions to some of the largest companies in Entertainment. We are looking for a self-starter who has demonstrated success, dealing with ambiguity, who is a talented coach of successful teams. This candidate should demonstrate a track record of problem-solving leadership with limited oversight. Ideal candidates will have management experience as well as extensive experience working with executives.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 10+ years of experience with digital media
  • 12+ years of experience with sales or marketing
  • 4+ years of experience as a manager
  • Experience building Direct Response and Brand advertising campaigns
  • Demonstrated experience using data to craft strategy
  • Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
  • Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
  • Communication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value
  • Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies
  • Facebook and Instagram user with knowledge of the media landscape
  • Possess an understanding of the landscape and be considered a thought leader to leaders across all of your accounts

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Understanding of MMM / MTA / Sales and Conversion Lift and a POV on the evolution of measurement for modern marketing
  • Knowledge of signal, value and performance marketing as well as brand
  • Understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry
  • Experienced people leader with experience coaching, guiding, challenging and empowering top performers
  • Operational rigor and ability to lead, challenge and influence XFN and external clients

Responsibilities
  • Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business
  • Build, train and maintain a high performing team
  • Act as player/coach by driving long term opportunity and coaching team through short and long- term challenges
  • Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Partnerships, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize our client efforts
  • Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs
  • Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to clients for the Entertainment category
  • Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical
  • Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
  • Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies
