Our core product, the Gradient Automation Foundry, makes it easy for enterprises to automate information processing workloads that were historically impossible to automate with RPA or internal tools. QUALIFICATIONS
- Thrive in a scrappy startup culture and want to venture into AI
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 7+ years of professional experience, of which 5+ years experience are directly tied to industry marketing in a high-growth SaaS startup
- Strong understanding of industry tactics and strategies, including deep knowledge in key verticals
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

PAY RANGE AND COMPENSATION PACKAGE
In consideration of market analysis and relevant factors, the salary range for this position is set between $120,000 and $220,000. However, adjustments outside of this range may be considered for candidates whose qualifications significantly differ from those outlined in the job description. Additionally, this role is eligible to participate in our equity plan and benefits program.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As the marketing lead for our industry initiatives, you should be comfortable with full lifecycle account-based marketing as programmatic digital, bold thought leadership, and white glove executive programs. The Industry Marketing Lead will have a proven track record of acquiring, engaging and retaining customers through industry aligned segmentation for complex customer journeys. They will have deep knowledge in a few, and broad knowledge in many of industries including Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and more. They will have built and led teams of industry markers in the past, and they will have worked to successfully set a vision for their team and achieve these targets over time. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop a comprehensive strategy for global account acquisition, engagement, and retention across your designated industries and segments
- Create, launch, and oversee industry-specific campaigns, monitoring their performance, and making optimizations over time
- Implement and align marketing tactics throughout the customer journey
- Enhance the conversion rates of Marketing Acquired Leads (MAL), Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL), and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) through the customer funnel across various segments
- Utilize a daily marketing tech stack that includes Marketo and Salesforce.com
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Sales, and Solutions Engineering to leverage the latest digital, event, and content acquisition strategies, while enabling regional teams to implement global best practices
- Maintain regular communication with leadership on program outcomes, campaign performance, and marketing strategies
