ABOUT YOU!

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Strong interpersonal, consultative, written, and oral communication skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Proven ability to build positive relationships and engage stakeholders across various sectors, especially in business development.
  • High level of confidentiality, discretion, and customer service, maintaining a positive, “can-do” attitude.
  • Excellent analytical, administrative, and organizational skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and databases.
  • Highly beneficial - Previous knowledge and experience in the vocational education and training (VET) sector or employment services.
  • Beneficial - prior experience in the community services sector, such as disability or aging.

REQUIREMENTS

To be eligible, you must have or be willing to get:

  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Completion of the NDIS Worker Orientation Module.
  • Valid drivers licence
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122) - beneficial, not essential.
Responsibilities
  • Ensure placement hosts and businesses know about the training programs we offer.
  • Find and set up a steady stream of new placement opportunities, while keeping good relationships with current partners.
  • Organise placement schedules, make sure learners are ready to start, and help with all the paperwork involved.
  • Keep in touch with industry groups to make sure our training is up to date, represent the team at relevant meetings, and help out with internal projects.
  • Collaborate with teams to ensure our training materials meet all the required standards and funding guidelines
