ON DAY ONE WE WILL EXPECT YOU TO HAVE

• 15+ years of industry experience working in, selling to, consulting to, or implementing technology for the Retail & Consumer industry
• Be well-versed in the overall challenges and opportunities impacting retailers, digital e-commerce and consumer goods companies
• Experience with consumer analytics, cloud or business intelligence technology strongly preferred
• Experience working directly with C-level executives and an ability to quickly establish credibility with senior leadership
• Work cross functionally across sales, engineering, marketing and partnering teams to accelerate industry growth
• Undergraduate degree, advanced degree preferred
• Ability to travel is required
• Multilingual Proficiency: Fluent in English, with strong proficiency in French or German

  How do you want to make your impact

• Be an Industry Principal, of the Retail and Consumer industry for Snowflake in EMEA, reporting to the Head of Retail and Consumer, EMEA Region
• Have direct involvement with our most strategic retail and consumer accounts developing account strategies, building trusted relationships, speaking at industry events, and bridging Snowflake’s vision for the industry in the C-Suite.
• Build strategic relationships with the retail and consumer ecosystem including partners, system integrators, data and technology providers, and more
• Partner with the industry product and industry marketing teams to develop and drive a cohesive industry go-to-market strategy
• Develop and deploy an enablement strategy to build a strong foundation of industry knowledge within the organization
• Collaborate with our product teams to prioritize and deliver industry-specific capabilities in future product roadmaps and drive Snowflake’s Retail and Consumer product vision into the market
• Partner with product marketing teams to drive industry awareness and pipeline development
• Oversee account prioritization, solution and sales play creation to help educate and enable sales, sales engineers, pre-sales and customer success teams.
• Collaborate with partner and alliance teams to identify, recruit, and enable industry-specific system integrators and ISV partners
