POTENTIALLY RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:

  • A degree in agriculture, biology, veterinary sciences, or a related field.
  • Extensive exper ience in sales management, including leading and developing high-performing teams, within animal nutrition
  • Proven ability to develop key accounts and manage senior stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills .
  • Demonstrated skills in driving revenue growth, commercial strategy execution, and effective forecasting .
  • Fluency in English; additional European languages are a plus.

In this role you’ll make an impact by:

  • Delivering assigned business targets related to revenue, margin, profit, and cost.
  • Leading, coaching, and inspiring the sales team by setting clear expectations, fostering development, and building a high-performance sales culture.
  • Maintaining direct relationships with selected high-impact key accounts to stay connected to market needs and demonstrate excellent customer partnerships.
  • Translating global and regional sales strategies into actionable territory and account plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Partnering with regional technical service, marketing, and central global functions to ensure customer success.
  • Owning the sales forecast and opportunity pipeline for the territory and team, ensuring accurate tracking, planning, and communication with senior stakeholders
