Job Summary: The Industry Solution Consultant is a seasoned professional with an in-depth understanding of solutions and industry best practices, principles, and theories in Public Transport. This role must effectively articulate industry trends, best practices, technological innovation, and the Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) solutions portfolio to internal and external stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The Industry Solution Consultant will also be required to participate in projects and work with customers to ensure the solutions meet their business requirements. The Industry Solution Consultant will serve as the technical lead for all pre-sale activities related to ASEAN Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) solutions. It will share responsibility with the sales team to ensure sales booking targets are met and that the sales team is supported across all aspects of the pre-sales process. Job Description: Analyze customers' requirements and objectives to develop business processes to meet their needs. Undertaking professional consulting activities through process reviews, reconciling product functionality to existing business processes, identifying and addressing gaps, and assisting in planning and participating in projects to ensure the successful implementation or upgrade of the product at client sites. Working with product units for solution design review, the scope of work, and estimates to facilitate, capture, and document detailed customer requirements and develop appropriate solutions to meet customers' business needs. Collaborating with the Project Manager and engineering leads on project delivery activities. Oversee project schedules, service delivery estimates, risk identification, and collateral development by the project team. Participation in delivering comprehensive training to clients results in high customer satisfaction, feature take-up, and correct product use, minimizing subsequent support demands. Participate in and/or review market studies to create solutions that address market needs, and develop sales and marketing collaterals and artifacts necessary for business development and sales. Be a thought leader and public speaker at trade shows, conferences, and online. Managing key technical stakeholders internally and externally. Develop a solution Demonstration. As requested by your manager, your other responsibilities include supporting the business. Education and Experience Relevant tertiary qualifications in Business, Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or other related fields. At least 10 years of experience in Solution consulting with enterprise resource planning software products. A proven track record of project and support service delivery. Experience in communicating the continuous value of solutions with end customers and building and maintaining strong client relationships. Strong technical knowledge, awareness, and understanding of the industry's future directions. Excellent communication skills, ability to manage priorities, can-do attitude, looking to succeed in a diverse and high-performing international organization. Experience in effectively working with cross-functional teams in a team-oriented environment. Experience successfully collaborating with cross-functional subject matter experts and corporate personnel for developing and writing technical and management content for written responses.
