Description Assist the lead teacher in caring for infants in a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment. Support daily routines, including feeding, diapering, and comforting infants. Ensure the infant room is clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies. Help implement age-appropriate activities that promote spiritual, emotional, and physical growth. Provide one-on-one attention to infants, fostering a loving and supportive atmosphere. Maintain a positive and caring relationship with children, parents, and fellow staff members in mature/professional way. Desire to continue learning and growing in all areas. Will take part in every opportunity to further educational and spiritual growth; with an eager heart. Adhere to all safety and health guidelines to ensure a safe environment for infants. Understanding and confident ability to make bottles, prepare food, etc. Can multitask with great ease and true ability to be patient in any situation. Requirements Must have CPR/First Aid in pediatric/adult; or desire to obtain within the first few months of employment. Year Round schedule. Must be an active member of a local, gospel-preaching, Biblically-based church. 8:15am-2:45pm Monday through Friday; about 29 hours per week.
