We are seeking passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Educators and Infant and Toddler Educators to join our team. As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of young children and providing them with a strong foundation for their future education. REQUIREMENTS:

  • License to practice as an Early Childhood Educator or Infant Toddler Educator in BC
  • Valid First Aid/ CPR
  • Food Safe
  • Clear Criminal Record Check from the Ministry of Justice
  • 2-3 positive references
  • Experience working with children in an educational setting
  • Knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach and open-ended play based learning
  • Familiar with BC’s Early Learning Framework, ECEBC’s Code of Ethics, and ECPN
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage a classroom of young children
  • Knowledgeable about children’s nutritional needs to educate about our Nutrition Program

  • Collaborate with parents and colleagues and communicate regularly about children’s progress.
