THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for more than an Infant Care Teacher; we are seeking a true “Educarer” —a warm, attentive, and expert professional who will be a nurturing second parent and a trusted partner for our families.
As a Mosaic Educarer, you will join a dedicated team in our low-ratio infant care program, providing exceptional care and creating a stimulating environment where our infants can safely explore and grow. You will be a cornerstone of the trust that parents place in us every single day.

• Provide exceptionally caring and attentive support to infants, understanding their unique needs and stages of development.
• Design and implement fun, sensory-based “play-inspired” activities that help infants explore and learn.
• Maintain a safe, impeccably clean, and engaging environment that supports the physical and emotional well-being of every child.
• Build strong, trusting relationships with parents by sharing regular updates about their child’s progress and daily routines through our Qoqolo app.
• Work collaboratively with other team members to create a positive, enriching, and cohesive environment for the children.
