Job Overview:Learning Together Educational Services is a multidisciplinary Early Education therapy provider servicing Orange County. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Infant Educator to join our team. This position is initially part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on patient needs and caseload growth. The successful candidate will provide infant stimulation. This role involves conducting home visits with children from birth to three years who have developmental delays. The educator will establish goals, implement intervention strategies, and conduct developmental assessments to support each child’s growth.Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct home visits to assess and support infants and toddlers with developmental delays.
  • Develop and implement individualized goals and intervention strategies based on assessments.
  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment that fosters exploration and learning.
  • Collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team to address developmental needs.
  • Maintain thorough documentation of progress and assessments.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and center policies.
  • Flexible hours available to accommodate varying schedules.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field preferred; Associate’s degree with relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Early childhood special education credential is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home visits.
