Supported by the Infant Feeding and Nurture Team, you will be based on a Maternity ward in St Michael’s Hospital, providing breastfeeding peer support to parents of new babies, and encouraging nurturing relationships.
This role requires a Breastfeeding Peer Supporter qualification from one or more of the following: Bristol City Council, North Somerset Council, South Gloucestershire Council, Barnardo’s, and/or the Association of Breastfeeding Mothers (ABM). Equivalent knowledge and experience of infant feeding support may be considered.
