Responsibilities Calculates, prepares, and delivers human milk and infant formula based upon the provider’s order for all infants in the Special Care Nursery. Performs inventory, completes temperature/sanitation records and schedules, operates feeding preparation equipment, maintains proper sanitation policy and procedures in Infant Feeding Prep (IFP) area, and performs quality improvement activities. Qualifications REQUIRED High school diploma or equivalent. PREFERRED Completion of Ohio State University: Infant Feeding Technician Certification Course within 2 years of hire date. Successful completion of basic math exam. Demonstrated knowledge of basic computer skills. Demonstrated knowledge and skill in sterilization and aseptic techniques. Knowledge of medical terminology. Work Hours: 7AM-7PM Weekend Requirements: Yes- Rotating Basis
