Apply today, Let’s grow BIG together Responsibilities As an Infant Teacher (ages:6weeks to 17months), you will be given the tools, resources, and training to: Navigate the day's activities alongside our infants, offering gentle guidance and support as they navigate their first steps. Manage the Infant classroom ensuring compliance with all Office of Child Care regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures. Provide a welcoming and friendly classroom environment for all children, parents, and visitors. Create and implement thorough, timely lesson plans that are age-appropriate and stimulating in accordance with Celebree’s infant curriculum Ensure the classroom is a safe, clean, and inviting space where curiosity can flourish. Accurately complete all paperwork, electronic reports, supervision records, and attendance tracking Core Responsibilities Curriculum & Classroom Management: Execute and oversee daily lesson plans to ensure learning objectives are met on schedule. Operational Compliance: Ensure all classroom activities align with state licensing requirements and safety standards. Proactive Problem-Solving: Demonstrate a strong "solution-oriented" mindset to address classroom challenges or behavioral needs effectively. Communication: Utilize strong verbal and written communication skills to provide developmental updates to families and coordinate with staff. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in infants classroom Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education; a specialization in Early Childhood Education (or a closely related field) is strongly preferred. Certification: Must meet all Lead Teacher requirements as mandated by the governing State agency. Expertise: Comprehensive understanding of childhood behavioral and developmental stages. Knowledge in teaching strategies curriculum Experience with Tadpoles (or similar childcare management software) is a plus.
