This position supports children during their earliest developmental stages through responsive caregiving, sensory exploration, and individualized routines that promote security and early learning. Responsibilities Provide attentive care for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Support feeding, diapering, and nap routines Create a calm classroom environment that encourages early development Track developmental milestones and daily activities Maintain classroom cleanliness and safety compliance Communicate regularly with families and leadership Follow Maryland licensing standards at all times Qualifications Infant/Toddler qualified under Maryland childcare regulations High school diploma required Prior infant classroom experience preferred Dependable, patient, and team-oriented
