The Learning Experience - Dedham is seeking a caring and dedicated Infant Teacher to join our team of early childhood professionals. Responsibilities Lead and manage the infant classroom to ensure a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. Implement The Learning Experience L.E.A.P. Curriculum to support each child’s social, emotional, and physical development. Communicate daily with parents about routines, milestones, and achievements. Collaborate with co-teachers to create consistent, caring routines. Partner with the Center Director and staff to maintain quality standards and achieve center goals. Adhere to all Massachusetts ECE licensing and safety requirements. Qualifications Minimum 6 months of professional childcare experience (1 year preferred). Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (ECE) or related field preferred. High school diploma/GED required. Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP). CPR and First Aid certification preferred. Responsibilities
