What You’ll Do Create a nurturing, clean, and safe classroom for infants ages 6 weeks to 12 months Provide individualized care that supports each child’s feeding, sleeping, and developmental needs Foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth through gentle interaction and sensory play Follow daily care routines including diapering, feeding, and nap schedules Communicate regularly with parents to share updates and build trusting relationships Implement TLE’s award-winning L.E.A.P. Curriculum® to encourage early learning and development California Requirements Must meet California Community Care Licensing requirements — minimum 12 ECE/CD units, including Infant/Toddler course(s) (verification required prior to hire).
