We’re looking for a bright, outgoing individual to lead our Infant Toddler program in a brand-new, purpose-built space nestled in beautiful Cobble Hill.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Valid Infant Toddler Early Childhood Educator License to Practice (B.C.)
• Current Childcare First Aid certification
• Clear and up-to-date Criminal Record Check
• Three professional character references
• Immunization records
• Solid understanding of licensing regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A mature, responsible, and professional approach to your work
  Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
  Pay: $24.00-$32.00 per hour
  Expected hours: 42.5 per week

• Develop and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate curriculum
• Establish consistent, age-appropriate behavioural expectations aligned with the center’s philosophy
• Use positive guidance techniques such as redirection, encouraging language, and reinforcement
• Ensure a safe, clean, and healthy learning environment at all times
• Build and maintain open, respectful communication with families
• Maintain full compliance with all licensing regulations
