If you have the following, we would love to speak with you:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred)
• 90hrs Infant/Toddler, ADA,9hrs Communications and Breast feeding certifications
• Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits
• Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
• Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs.

• Strong communication skills, including the ability to interact with parents and other staff members is required.The ability to be patient, collaborative, creative, and passionate about Early Childhood education is essential for this role.

• Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children’s development and growth
• Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times
• Monitor children’s progress and development
• Create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day
