Description Come join our team! Monday-Friday: 10:00-6:00pm, 2:00-6:00pm The Early Learning Center is seeking a support staff member/floater to assist with closing duties at the center, as well as covering breaks, request offs, and vacations. This role would be responsible for all infants and toddlers. Essential Functions: Assist teachers in the classroom environment ensuring ratios are maintained. Observe students to ensure safety according to DCY licensure guidelines. Assist with bathroom breaks, outdoor activities, and behavior management. Complete daily closing duties including laundry, dishes, and classroom clean up. Coordinate with the Lead Teacher to continue planned activities during afternoon hours. Provide positive and detailed communication to parents/guardians during pick up. Communicate and cooperate with colleagues and families as part of the Early Learning team, including attending staff meetings as needed. Adhere to all JCC and departmental policies, while contributing to its mission, vision and core values. Complete all additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
