You will help create warm, responsive environments while implementing high‑quality programming aligned with CCG standards, Early Head Start Performance Standards, NAEYC criteria, and all licensing regulations. This role requires a passion for nurturing relationships, strong teamwork, and a commitment to quality early childhood practices. WHAT YOU’LL DO * Maintain a safe, organized, and developmentally appropriate classroom environment, including daily setup and support of learning centers. * Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities aligned with RC3, including curriculum preparation and child assessments. * Build positive, nurturing relationships with children and families, participating in meetings and conferences. * Collaborate with classroom teams, supporting daily routines and stepping in for the Lead Teacher when needed. * Maintain required documentation and acquire proficiency in CCG’s designated data systems (training provided). WHAT YOU BRING * Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or Associate’s Degree in child development or a related field. * One year of experience working with young children. * Knowledge of early childhood development and a strong desire to work with infants and toddlers. * Strong organizational, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and volunteers. * Reliable, punctual attendance and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
