Our center provides developmentally appropriate curriculum to students in a team work environment. We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about teaching and guiding young children to learn to their fullest potential! Requirements for Lead Teacher: * Minimum of High School Diploma or Equivalent * 45 hours of Child Growth and Development * 45 hours in Preschool Curriculum (required if Lead for 2-5 year olds) * 45 hours Infant- Toddler Certificate (required if Lead for 6 wk-24 month olds) * Minimum of one year of experience working with infants in a licensed childcare facility or 30 college credits * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated knowledge of various stages of social, emotional and intellectual development * Commitment to ongoing professional development * Physical ability to stand, bend, squat, jump, dance, walk, run, reach carry, lift 50 lbs. * Associates or bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Development or related field (preferred) Bambini Montessori Academy is a high-quality inclusive child care center serving ages 6 weeks to 5 years of age.
