The teacher will support children’s learning and development through age-appropriate activities and positive interactions. Responsibilities Plan and lead developmentally appropriate activities and lessons Support children’s social-emotional, language, cognitive, and physical development Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom Use positive behavior guidance and active supervision Complete observations and required documentation Communicate professionally with families and staff Follow health, safety, and licensing regulations Participate in trainings, meetings, and safety drills Qualifications 12 ECE units required; Infant/Toddler units and CTC permit preferred Experience working with infants and toddlers preferred CPR/First Aid certification preferred Must pass Live Scan, TB test, and required screenings Ability to lift up to 40 pounds Skills & Benefits Strong communication and teamwork skills Dependable, nurturing, and professional attitude Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Work Location: In person – San Jose, California
