We are now hiring an Infection Prevention Control Training Specialist to join our Nursing leadership team in Connecticut! *Full-time (37.50 hours per week). This position requires a minimum of 24 hours each month providing training to staff within the community on each shift. English Language Classes Applicable * Free Parking * $1,500 Refer a Friend Bonus Incentive Responsibilities * The Infection Prevention Control Training Specialist is responsible for the training of all team members on infection prevention and control utilizing the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention program. * This is a full-time position for the Bridges communities in the State of Connecticut. * Monitors Infection control policies within the community. * Provides quality control and implements training as needed. * Follows state guidelines on infection control. Qualifications * Must have a CDC Infection Control Prevention Certificate or be willing to certify through us or another approved infection control certification. * Must have excellent communication skills. * Some experience working in an Assisted Living community preferred. * LPN License preferred.
