INFECTION PREVENTIONIST

Join our dedicated team at Rochester Manor + Villa, where we provide compassionate, high-quality care to our residents. We are seeking a knowledgeable and committed Infection Preventionist to help maintain a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors.

POSITION SUMMARY:

This role will oversee our infection control program to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local health regulations. You will be responsible for implementing effective infection prevention and control protocols, educating staff, and monitoring infection trends within the facility.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Ability to educate and train staff on infection control protocols.
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) and infection control reporting systems is a plus.
