Description Infinity Claws is an exciting new claw machine arcade experience dedicated to fun, excitement, and the thrill of the win! We’re opening our first location and are on the hunt for an enthusiastic, motivated, and organized Store Manager to lead our team and make Infinity Claws the go-to destination for arcade fun. Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations of Infinity Claws. Ensure claw machines are fully stocked, maintained, and operational. Handle scheduling, inventory, and store performance reporting. Implement promotions and engage with customers to build a fun, friendly environment. Handle cash management and store transactions securely and accurately. Address customer inquiries and complaints and ensure that they are resolved in a timely and satisfactory manner. Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales associates to achieve store goals and objectives. Manage and hold accountable managers to ensure they are fulfilling their responsibilities and performing to the best of their abilities. Train and develop staff on loss prevention measures and superior customer service techniques. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability. Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Foster a positive work environment by promoting teamwork, communication, and collaboration among employees. Train and develop staff on current pop culture trends, including movies, TV shows, and other relevant topics. Ensure that the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Requirements Prior experience in retail management, amusement centers, or customer service. (2 years+ preferred) Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Passion for gaming, arcades, or entertainment environments.
