Nous recherchons pour les titres d’emploi suivants (il peut s’agir de poste à temps complet permanent sur un horaire de 2 mois/1 mois, d'aménagement du temps de travail 1 mois/1mois, ou encore de remplacement occasionnels sur notre liste de rappel) : Infirmière ou infirmière clinicienne (unité de soins, maintien à domicile, liaison, santé publique, longue durée, département (médecine de jour), clinique (urgences), etc.) Infirmière ou infirmière clinicienne en dispensaire (rôle élargi) FONCTIONS : Personne chargée d’identifier les besoins de santé des personnes, de contribuer aux méthodes de diagnostic, de prodiguer et de contrôler les soins infirmiers que requiert la promotion de la santé, la prévention de la maladie, le traitement et la réadaptation ainsi que de prodiguer des soins selon le guide des ordonnances collectives du CSTU. La personne sera appelée à se déplacer dans les sept points de service CLSC de la côte de l’Ungava (incluant Kuujjuaq), selon les besoins. INFORMATION IMPORTANTE : Si vous travaillez actuellement dans le Réseau de la santé et des services sociaux, vous avez la possibilité de demander un congé sans solde pour œuvrer dans un établissement nordique (réf.: article 17.05 convention collective FIQ). ********** Nunavik communities are located north of the 55th parallel where a subarctic climate prevails. It implies the existence of permafrost allowing no agriculture. Nunavik is the largest region covering about a third of the total area of Quebec. No road link exists between the communities of Nunavik and southern Quebec, and between Nunavik communities themselves. We have access to the region and its communities by air travel and by boat. The Ungava Tulattavik Health Centre is a multi-site facility in Nunavik, serving seven villages on the coast of Ungava Bay, including Kuujjuaq where the administrative center is located. It has close to 500 full-time employees, a team of doctors, dentists and pharmacists, and manages a budget of $80 million. We are presently looking for candidates who like to take up challenges and who have the desire to live a great adventure within our teams in Kuujjuaq or in the six communities of Ungava Bay, for the following job titles: (It can be a permanent full-time position or a temporary full-time replacement of 6 months or more with the possibility of permanence shortly) IMPORTANT INFORMATION : If you are currently working in the Health and Social Services Network, you have the possibility of requesting a leave of absence without pay to work in a northern establishment (ref.: article 17.05 FIQ collective agreement). FUNCTIONS : Responsible to identify needs in health services, contribute to diagnostic methods, provide and control nursing care which are called for by health promotion, prevention treatment and rehabilitation. Must also provide nursing care according to the UTHC Collective Orders Guide. The nurse will also be asked to travel and provide services to the seven LCSC points of service (including Kuujjuaq community health), if needed.
