Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Influencer Account Director to join our Account Management team working across clients including eBay, Rightmove and Lululemon.
Reporting to the Group Account Director, you will support them and the wider senior team on key retained and campaign-based accounts. You will be proactive in sharing account best practices, creativity and ensuring best-in-class work, while ensuring client retention and account growth. You will be a team player in supporting, managing and developing a high performing and super motivated team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Building and nurturing strong client partnerships to drive account retention and growth
  • Receiving and interrogating client briefs to inform insight-led influencer strategies and activations
  • Taking an active role in new business, inputting ideas and presenting on pitches to win new clients
  • Managing and mentoring a team including objective setting, ongoing support andcapacity planning
  • Ensuring KPIs and objectives are met across all clients and projects
  • Oversight on project work for various clients and ad hoc projects
  • Finance forecasting, budget management and supporting in maintainingprofitability
  • Creating and shaping best practices to strengthen team workflows and efficiency
  • Providing knowledge of new social trends, emerging platforms, features andtools
  • Representing Seen Connects through thought leadership and networking
