Our client is a fast-growing, fully remote influencer marketing agency delivering campaigns for global brands across beauty, tech, and e-commerce sectors. As they enter a new growth phase, they're looking for a commercially-minded Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts and drive genuine, measurable growth, not just deliver campaigns, but build the kind of trust that turns clients into long-term, expanding partners.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesAct as the senior point of contact for a portfolio of client accounts, leading key meetings and relationships
  • Proactively identify and drive upsell, renewal, and account expansion opportunities
  • Step in to solve problems directly, from content quality concerns to campaign roadblocks - rather than just flagging them
  • Partner closely with campaign delivery teams to keep execution on track and clients satisfied
  • Monitor account health, revenue growth, and client satisfaction across your portfolio
  • Build genuinely consultative relationships that go beyond project management

  • Skills & ExperienceProven track record of growing client accounts, ideally with demonstrable numbers/case studies to back it up
  • Experience managing accounts at meaningful scale
  • Background in a fast-paced, high-growth environment - comfortable with ambiguity and pace
  • Soft sales skills - genuine relationship-builder, not just a delivery manager
  • Experience within influencer marketing or social first agency environments

  • Personal AttributesProactive problem-solver who takes ownership rather than escalating
  • Adaptable, comfortable in a small, fast-ssocial-firstcaling team finding its own processes
  • Confident building trust and credibility with senior stakeholders

  • Salary & Benefits£40,000–£45,000 depending on experience
  • Fully remote working
  • Genuine scope to shape a growing client function

  • Location & Workplace PolicyFully remote, open to candidates based across the UK
  • Standard Monday–Friday working pattern
