Build and execute influencer & affiliate strategies aligned with marketing goals. Manage campaigns end-to-end: briefing, coordination, optimisation and reporting. Identify and onboard high-impact creators and affiliate partners. Track performance via UTMs, attribution tools and campaign dashboards. Analyse ROAS, VMS, Cost per VMS and other KPIs to drive daily optimisation. Integrate influencer efforts into 360° campaigns with Brand, Media and marketing teams. Follow creator trends, competitive moves and new partnership opportunities. What You'll Bring? 3-5 years of experience in influencer and affiliate marketing. Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data & measurement tools. Ability to balance creativity with performance. Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Strong multitasking, organisation and presentation abilities. Fluency in English; advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills. A proactive, curious, high-energy mindset. Responsibilities

The Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Executive will build and execute strategies aligned with marketing goals, manage campaigns end-to-end, and track performance metrics. They will also identify and onboard creators and partners while integrating efforts into comprehensive campaigns.
