As a Influencer and Affiliate Marketing Manager you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing strategies and campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions through influencer and affiliate partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong relationship-building skills and a deep understanding of social media and digital marketing trends. Wake up for this: Strategy Development: Develop and execute influencer and affiliate marketing strategies to meet business objectives. Identify and research potential influencer and affiliate partners that align with the brand’s values and target audience. Campaign Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns. Create and manage campaign budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Ensure campaigns are aligned with overall marketing strategies and brand guidelines. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong relationships with influencers, affiliates, and key industry partners. Negotiate contracts and agreements with influencers and affiliates. Ensure all influencer and affiliate activities comply with legal requirements and industry standards. Performance Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns. Use data and insights to optimize future campaigns. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proven experience in influencer and affiliate marketing, with a track record of successful campaigns. Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Strong project management skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Fluent English
