QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • At least 2-3 years of professional experience in social media management, influencer marketing, or digital marketing, preferably in the beauty or cosmetics industry
  • Proven track record of growing social media accounts and managing successful influencer campaigns
  • Expertise in platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging social media trends
  • Strong understanding of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Insights) and how to translate data into strategy
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and storytelling, with a passion for beauty and makeup
  • Video editing and graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) are a plus
  • Business English proficiency; German proficiency is a plus

ROLE OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a creative and data-driven Influencer and Community Manager to take charge of our digital presence and influencer collaborations. In this role, you will be responsible for elevating our brand visibility across social platforms, cultivating meaningful relationships with influencers, and fostering engagement with our audience. The ideal candidate is passionate about beauty, skilled at storytelling, and understands the dynamic nature of social media trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with the brand’s voice, goals, and marketing calendar
  • Content Creation: Plan, produce, and publish compelling content (photo, video, and copy) across platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, onboard, and manage relationships with influencers and brand ambassadors to drive awareness and sales
  • Campaign Management: Coordinate influencer campaigns, from initial outreach to performance tracking, ensuring alignment with brand objectives
  • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze the performance of social media and influencer campaigns, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our community by responding to comments, messages, and tags to nurture relationships and boost engagement
  • Trend Analysis: Stay ahead of social media trends, tools, and algorithm changes to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment across all channels
