OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Influencer & Creator Management Associate to lead and grow the influencer and creator proposition for our clients. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative, creator-first strategies that deliver impact across paid and organic channels. With a deep understanding of influencer marketing, content performance, and creator partnerships, you’ll work at the intersection of culture, community, and commerce to help brands drive fame, engagement, and measurable outcomes.
This is a pivotal role in our Social & Influencer team, where you’ll work closely with creative, paid media, PR, content, and client teams to deliver integrated work. From strategy and sourcing to contracting, approvals, content delivery, and reporting, you’ll own the end-to-end management of creator campaigns across multiple platforms. You’ll report into the Social & Influencer Partner and collaborate with our design studio, client services, and project teams.
Role Responsibilities
Negotiate and manage creator contracts, budgets, and approvals in collaboration with legal and client teams.
