Job Description WHAT YOU’LL DO Asan Influencer Campaign Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in bringing our influencer marketing initiatives to life. You’ll support the seamless planning, delivery and optimisation of campaigns that inspire our communities and strengthen our presence across social platforms. In this role, you’ll work closely with agencies and influencers, manage day‑to‑day campaign logistics, and make sure every activation is delivered on time, within budget and in line with our creative and strategic goals. You’ll help nurture strong partnerships, keep projects running smoothly and contribute to meaningful, engaging content that truly resonates with our audience. What you’ll do Plan, organise and deliver campaigns • Support the end-to-end planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns • Ensure influencers and agencies receive all relevant materials, assets and guidance • Review influencer content, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives • Keep timelines tight, clear and on track Coordinate communication • Act as the primary point of contact between the brand, agencies and influencers • Manage briefings, approvals and day-to-day communication to keep everyone aligned • Maintain clarity around expectations, deliverables and deadlines Monitor performance and support optimisation • Track live campaigns and key performance indicators, including engagement and reach • Share insights and learnings with the Campaign Manager to drive continuous improvement • Help identify opportunities to strengthen future content and strategy Support budget and operations management • Assist in tracking campaign budgets and spend • Liaise with finance and legal teams on contracts, invoices and payments • Ensure resources are managed effectively and responsibly Build strong influencer relationships • Support influencers throughout their collaboration, ensuring they feel valued and informed • Help identify new talent and opportunities for future partnerships • Maintain a professional, friendly and solutions-focused approach at all times Resolve issues with speed and care • Act as first-line support when challenges arise - from delays to content concerns • Navigate miscommunications with calm judgement and proactive solutions Qualifications WHO YOU ARE We are looking for people with… Proven experience in influencer marketing, especially in short-form content for TikTok and Instagram Reels Strong understanding of how to engage audiences and create content that connects Confident using campaign tracking and reporting tools And people who are… Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Additional languages such as Spanish, German, French or Italian are a plus Highly organised, with exceptional attention to detail Comfortable managing multiple projects, deliverables and deadlines Energised by problem-solving and keeping others informed and aligned Additional Information WHO WE ARE H&M Group is a global company of strong fashion brands and ventures.
