Responsibilities

Creator Discovery & Coordination

  • Support in building creator shortlists that align with campaign objectives and brand values
  • Assist with outreach, onboarding, and briefing to ensure timely and accurate deliverables

Creator Communications

  • Own day-to-day comms with creators and creator managers, ensuring timelines, briefs, and expectations are crystal clear
  • Manage asset submission, revisions, and general troubleshooting throughout the campaign

Project Management & Campaign Delivery

  • Run complex, high-value campaigns under the oversight of a Senior Campaign Manager
  • Build and manage detailed project timelines—ensuring alignment across Creator Partnerships, Paid Media, Strategy, and Client Solutions
  • Flag risks early and proactively manage challenges around creators, budgets, or shifting client expectations

Client Liaison & Feedback Loops

  • Serve as a secondary point of contact for clients—attending calls, sharing updates, and supporting feedback management
  • Secure client approvals on key campaign milestones and keep them aligned throughout the process

Creative Briefing & Content Review

  • Lead creator briefing calls and ensure deliverables follow brand guidelines, brief requirements, and FTC compliance
  • Review creator content for quality and accuracy prior to submission

Performance Tracking & Optimisation

  • Monitor campaign KPIs and update trackers daily to ensure accurate performance records
  • Collaborate with internal teams to surface insights and make data-informed recommendations for optimisation
