Description
We are looking for an Influencer & Content Creator Partnerships Manager to lead and grow our influencer and creator activity across Western European markets. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, reaching out to, and building relationships with influencers, content creators, and brand ambassadors. You will support ongoing marketing campaigns, drive brand awareness, and help generate authentic user-generated content that can be used across organic channels and paid advertising. Responsibilities Identify, acquire, and maintain relationships with influencers and content creators across Western European markets Build and manage partnerships with creators to support brand and performance campaigns, seasonal moments, and ongoing marketing needs. Source and manage user-generated content that can be used in paid social ads, organic social media, landing pages, and other marketing assets. Manage the full influencer and creator campaign process, including outreach, negotiation, briefing, content coordination, approvals, operations, tracking, and reporting. Develop strong, ongoing relationships with influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors. Support and improve the company’s brand ambassador program to amplify brand messaging and product storytelling. Work closely with Creative and Performance Marketing teams to ensure creator content supports brand goals and advertising needs. Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and turn insights into actionable recommendations. Stay up to date with social media trends, creator formats, and influencer activity across relevant Western European markets. Manage multiple campaigns and creator relationships simultaneously while ensuring timelines, deliverables, and operational details are handled smoothly. Requirements 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, social media, partnerships, or a similar role. Experience working with influencers or content creators, preferably in Western European markets. Excellent English Strong people skills, with proven ability to create connections, build relationships, and maintain partnerships. Strong operational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts and deliver on time. Strong ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Good understanding of social media platforms, creator content, and current social trends. Marketing orientation and understanding of consumer behavior, storytelling, and user experience. Good visual eye and ability to identify content that fits the brand and can perform well in advertising. Analytical mindset and ability to turn data into insights and recommendations. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Highly organized, proactive, fast learner, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize effectively. Advantages Additional European languages such as German, French, Dutch, Spanish, or Italian are an advantage.
