REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in influencer/creator relationship management, outreach, and campaign development; agency or brand-side background acceptable.
  • Strong negotiating, relationship-building, and communication skills: proven record of personally managing influencer or creator partnerships from outreach to activation.
  • Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms, analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
  • Highly organised, analytical, and able to prioritize and execute multiple projects with attention to detail.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for personal development, fitness, wellbeing, and mindset; ability to speak credibly and passionately about related topics.
Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW:

As an Influencer Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving brand growth and engagement by managing outreach, relationships, and collaborations with key influencers and creators, ensuring authentic representation and impactful campaigns in the personal development, fitness, and mindset niche.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Identify, vet, and engage with influencers and creators relevant to personal growth, fitness, mindset, and men’s wellbeing across major social platforms (including, but not limited to, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn).
· Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with influencers, ambassadors, and creator partners, acting as the primary liaison for brand initiatives, briefs, and affiliate opportunities.
· Plan, negotiate, and execute influencer and creator collaborations: oversee contracts, creative briefing, and deliverables to maximize brand impact.
· Monitor campaign performance, gather insights, and report results regarding reach, engagement, conversion, and ROI.
· Research emerging creators, trends, and platforms within the personal development and fitness space, sharing actionable insights with the wider team.
· Maintain a structured CRM/database of creators and brand partners, tracking outreach, collaborations, and relationship health.
· Support brand community initiatives, events, and product launches, actively seeking opportunities to deepen creator engagement and build advocacy.
