Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Project Management & Execution: Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of affiliate marketing initiatives for both live streaming and posting for all Big Campaigns and Platform Initiatives
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a central point of contact for all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and timely deliverables
  • Campaign Planning: Ensure that affiliate marketing efforts are aligned with the campaign’s objectives and messaging
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization: Monitor and analyze affiliate performance metrics, providing insights to improve efficiency and impact
  • Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current workflows and implement best practices to enhance efficiency in managing large-scale affiliate marketing campaigns

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in affiliate marketing, project management, e-commerce, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of affiliate marketing strategies and influencer partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in performance tracking tools, data analysis, and reporting
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, proactively solve problems, and handle multiple priorities effectively.
Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans for upcoming affiliate marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor affiliate engagement and performance metrics in real time, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
  • Liaise with influencers, affiliate partners, and key stakeholders to ensure campaign goals and deliverables align.
  • Identify potential risks in campaign execution and implement contingency plans to mitigate issues.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Research and implement automation tools and workflow enhancements to streamline affiliate marketing processes.
  • Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new growth opportunities.
