Overview of the role: As an Influencer Manager, you will play a crucial role in executing impactful influencer marketing campaigns and leading a dedicated team to deliver outstanding results. You’ll partner closely with clients, the Associate Director and/or Group Director to translate business goals into engaging influencer strategies that resonate with target audiences. This role requires a proactive and organised individual with a deep understanding of the creator economy. You’ll manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from ideation and creator selection through to execution, optimisation, and measurement, ensuring every initiative is data-informed, culturally relevant, and flawlessly delivered. You'll contribute to our reputation for innovation and analytical rigor, helping clients achieve their marketing objectives. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, manage, and mentor a team of influencer executives and/or coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Campaign Management: Responsible for the end-to-end management, execution, and optimisation of assigned influencer clients & campaigns. Client Relationship Management: Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met, and campaigns align with their objectives. Strategic Contribution: Contribute to the development of influencer marketing strategies, providing insights and executing plans effectively. Budget Management: Manage campaign budgets effectively, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost control. Reporting & Analytics: Oversee accurate and insightful reporting on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for continuous improvement. Detailed Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Mentorship Lead, mentor, and develop a team of influencer executives and/or coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture. Organise and delegate work within the team to ensure efficient campaign delivery. Manage resources across campaigns effectively, monitoring workloads to ensure balance and optimal output. Ensure all team members have measurable, challenging, and achievable targets to work towards. Foster a supportive environment that encourages growth, creativity, and accountability. Campaign Management Always maintain high standards across all assigned campaigns, ensuring accuracy and quality in all details provided to relevant internal teams and clients, while meeting target margins. Troubleshoot any campaign issues flagged by the team, providing solutions and collaborating to resolve problems efficiently. Ensure exceptional attention to detail and timeliness in all aspects of campaign planning and execution. Apply strong problem-solving skills and a creative mindset to effectively meet campaign objectives. Take responsibility for addressing content or campaign issues before escalation, ensuring client satisfaction and alignment with the brief. Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned influencer campaigns, from briefing and talent selection through execution, optimisation, and post-campaign analysis. Ensure all campaigns adhere to strategy, timelines, and client objectives. Make certain delivery is flawless, with the team consistently using established processes and templates. Be willing to step in and support the team directly to manage activity, troubleshoot issues, and solve problems as they arise. Uphold high standards of quality and client satisfaction throughout every stage of the campaign. Strategic Contribution Contribute to the development of influencer marketing strategies for clients, ensuring alignment with their broader marketing objectives. Define campaign-specific KPIs, support budget planning, and establish performance tracking frameworks. Support efforts to keep clients ahead of trends and competition through well-executed strategic guidance. Support with new business opportunities as required. Budget Management Manage budgets and financial planning for assigned influencer marketing initiatives. Monitor campaign spend, optimise resource allocation, and support efforts to maximise ROI. Maintain transparency and accountability across all financial processes related to your campaigns. Reporting & Analytics Oversee reporting on campaign performance, ensuring insights go beyond surface-level metrics to reflect true impact. Analyse results to identify opportunities for optimisation and improvement across campaigns and strategy. Provide actionable recommendations that inform future planning and drive continuous growth. Ensure reporting is accurate, timely, and clearly communicates value to clients and internal stakeholders. Use data to guide decision-making, support strategic initiatives, and enhance overall campaign performance. Skills You Bring: Deep Experience in Social & Influencer Marketing: You have 3-5+ years of progressive experience in digital/social and influencer marketing, ideally within an agency environment. Proven Team Leadership: Experience managing, mentoring, and inspiring a team to achieve campaign objectives and foster individual growth. You are skilled in organising and delegating work to ensure efficient campaign delivery. Exceptional Communication & Client Skills: You excel in client-facing roles, presenting innovative ideas, managing expectations, and building trust-based relationships with stakeholders. Proactive & Solution-Oriented Mindset: You understand that social and influencer marketing is a fast-paced, always-on, constantly evolving media channel.
